The handicap parking is not close to the building, quite a walk when in pain and on a rolator; no Valet that I have seen for the building.
The pharmacy at sugar-land location is the worst. The girl technicians attitude is unprofessional and show no compassion for patients. I can tell they treated my mom just as another number and their tones are rude. I can’t comprehend how the pharmacy manager runs a pharmacy like this. Memorial Hermann is truly disappointing… please retrain your manager and the team.
