Candance went above and beyond to help me understand my insurance issues, making multiple phone calls to my doctor's office and insurance company. She was incredibly friendly and helpful every time we spoke on the phone. I would do business with this pharmacy again.
I've been with Memorial Hermann Infusion Pharmacy for 3 years with the same insurance for the last 2 years. I was just told that they are no longer going to supply my Infusion with no warning and I'm out of supplies!!!! 1st they told me I'm out of network and they just found out. 2nd they told me my insurance never paid. Billing practices at this pharmacy are ethically wrong for people walking through infertility . It is unfortunate the amount of time that I took dealing with this pharmacy, that didn’t even pay off in the end. I say that because we were over charged for medications that don’t actually run for that rate and the only excuse I got for the over charge was “every pharmacy charges a different rate”.
