Dr. Adigun was absolutely amazing on my very 1st visit with her. I felt so comfortable and she was very understanding.
Dr. Pinto-Adigun and their medical assistant Alejandra Alanis were both amazing! They were very friendly and made me feel at ease with my visit. Dr. Pinto-Adigun was very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions and made sure I left with more knowledge than when I arrived. Dr Adigun is the best doctor I've ever had. I followed her from Family Medicine to Hermann Memorial. She listens to my concerns and does everything she can do to solve my medical problems. She cares about her patients and it shows. The front office staff welcomed me as soon as I entered the office. The nurse Rtina that took my weight and blood pressure was great too. Clearly this hospital and Dr. Khan do not have their patient’s health as top priority! Went in with a severe internal bleeding but they couldn’t find it and discharged her. Went in with blood count at 10 and released with an 8.4 because she was “stable”. Within 8 hours she bled out and we are at the Medical Center with 6.1 blood count! Shame on you she could have died! Go to Houston Methodist if you want Drs that care!
Never have I encountered such unprofessionalism when it comes to communication. I scheduled my daughter’s appointment for today almost 2 months ago as well as one for me next Monday. When I initially made the appointment, I communicated back-and-forth with the office/call center numerous times before selecting my health plan and provider because unfortunately I have gone through hard times and I had to put my daughter and myself on Medicaid for the first time since she was a baby.
