Never have I encountered such unprofessionalism when it comes to communication. I scheduled my daughter’s appointment for today almost 2 months ago as well as one for me next Monday. If I could leave no stars I would!! This is by far the worst place Ive ever been to!! They had us waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours then to be put into a room where nobody came in, just for 20 minutes later a rude nurse to drop off stickers without even being looked at. Took another 30 minutes just for another nurse to come in here and finally asked what’s wrong. My Nurse Practitioner is great, support staff is horrible. I was basically told yesterday by a woman that once we leave the office they could care less if we have any troubles with our insurance companies getting medicine approved. She was very arrogant and rude and I am still without my prescriptions, she also indicated that I am own my own, and she was very offended that I reached out to them, its not their problem.

My appointment was at 4 and I arrived at 3:55 I've been waiting in the patient room for half an hour now. Not to mention just to see and talk to my doctor cost me $167.70. Plus not being on time for the appointment is to me very unprofessional...
