Horrible practice needs to be investigated for medical negligence.
This office staff does not respect their own 15 min grace period to their appointments. A 15 min grace period is up when the patient does not arrive 15 min AFTER the scheduled appt time, not when the patient is roomed. In this clinic, told to me by office manager, the grace period is utilized at their own discretion. When patients are in NEED and you do not respect your own clinical procedures of a 15 min grace period for your patients, you will lose patients.
