Tried to have a procedure by dr. Farooq, his office tried to make me pay ahead of time for a covered procedure multiple times. Very shady business practices and borderline feels like a scam.
The doctor is good however I had called to schedule an appointment for my daughter today to get her vaccinations done and over the phone. I had listed the vaccines that she needed to take and they told me that she would be able to do that here today. I would also like to mention that the person over the phone did check my insurance and then she asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment which I said yes. Wish I had read the reviews before I signed up here. While Dr. Do who I met after a 1.5 hour wait time, was wonderful; the whole experience is awful as the staff is as uncaring as it can get. I left a message on Friday for her nurse, and also for Barbara- the emergency contact detailing how unwell I was and needed to speak with a doctor; never heard back from anyone despite 3 messages. Dr. Ailinh Do is the best doctor I ever had. Thank you so much for all you do. Your work pays off. I love coming and having appointments all the time. Like I been coming recently. It’s time she deserves a pay raise.
Unfortunately the care has declined severely as the years go by. The staff turnaround is very noticeable which goes in hand with the care. I will no longer continue to take my kids there. The visit we had yesterday was unacceptable. I left the practice and was called 2 times by different people. One call was about them missing one vaccine for my child, another was missing paperwork and to come back.
