I have been going to Memorial Hermann Medical Group The Woodlands OB/GYN (formerly Specialist 4 Women) since I was a teenager, and I’ve always received the best care. Dr. Garnier personally delivered two of my three babies, all at Memorial Hermann in The Woodlands. She provided excellent care throughout each of my pregnancies, and I highly recommend this OB/GYN group for the outstanding care they provide.
Under Dr. Tametra Garnier's care, I had a C-section at this hospital. The nursing staff and doctor demonstrated kindness and patience. During my three-day stay, the staff ensured my comfort and well-being. I am grateful to Dr. Garnier and the nurses for providing outstanding care.
I booked my appointment in June and I receive a call just 2 weeks prior my July appointment saying that they need to reschedule because they have issues with their systems and even though they are aware, they need to cancel and reschedule it, offering appointments for August or September ( 2 months difference). They don’t even care about having patients deciding to choose other clinics instead. Zero customer/patient care.
After booking an online appointment through my chart 2 weeks ahead of time. I received multiple confirmation text message on several different dates even an appointment reminder the day before. On the date of my appointment I was told my appointment was not scheduled due to booking online and it didn’t count. I had to book for another date after already waiting two weeks. Really disappointed if online booking is not an actual appointment it should not be an option. Will review again after I get my actual appointment.
