I called to schedule an appointment and was on hold for 30 mins just so they can hang up on me! I called back and they don’t answer! I would give y’all a 0 stars if there was an option! That just shows you what kind of staff they are. I will not be going to see this doctor.
I am writing a negative review on “front desk” of Gastroenterology department, particularly person name “Wendy”. If a team leader can review the call at 1:03pm 05/22/2024. I was requiring a letter from the provider that my father saw but I had to submit to my employer by today. I apologized that I am constantly calling for the letter. Dr Shah was ok.. but he misdiagnosed me had me thinking I had pancreatic issues, then pushed me off to another doctor. & his staff is horrible! very rude and nasty. Overall, I'm glad I am no longer a patient at this practice.
This review is strictly regarding the front office of this practice. My daughter was added to the schedule 1 day before her appointment with the Doctor's approval. We were very grateful for that. However, although we arrived 15 minutes before her appointment at 12:45 pm the lights were off in the office as if the office was closed. My daughter checked in and was asked to have a set while they checked on her insurance. The ladies in the front were uneducated and inexperienced in their jobs.
