RecommendedMy total knee reconstruction has been a great experience. The surgery team were fantastic. My overnight stay was relaxing and stress free. In the morning when I felt pain nurse Adriana and her CNA and assistant; Nallely and Sarahí were great when I was in pain. They found different way to make me feel better and pain free. I was in there for patient care back in October 2022 I was treated very poorly by the hospital staff, including a doctor. I had this physician assistant from urology who is a very nasty individual and her name was Victoria. She was so disrespectful and rude. Terrible experience for my family member. Nurses not available for hours. No one at nurses station for hours. Do not take you family there. This is a horrible hospital.
Trans mountain campus has been a terrible experience for my aunt and our family. Er was great and icu was great but in the room, she didn’t get bathed for 4 days, nurses didn’t answer calls when the nurse button was pushed, I couldn’t get her water, doctors didn’t call me back to answer my questions, we didn’t leave our aunt alone, we hired people to stay with her at night, no one was ever at the nurses station, 5th floor, I had to take my aunt to the bathroom, change her gow… See more
