I called this medical center twice to set up an appointment, and both times I spoke with the same front desk staff member. Unfortunately, her tone was cold and unwelcoming, like she didn’t want to be dealing with people at all. It made me feel uncomfortable and honestly a bit disrespected. I understand everyone can have tough days, but this was consistent both times. The one star is for Memorial Herman Medical Group. Our previous physician, Dr. Generillo, practiced out of that office. She has left the Memorial Herman system. After 17 years of both of us having great doctors in the Memorial Herman system, there's no way my wife or I would consider another doctor within the League City location as long as Dr. Generillo's assistant, Lacey Alexander, is still there. Here's a positive review for Dr. Marlyn Generillo, MD: Dr. Marlyn Generillo is an exceptional physician who truly cares about her patients. She's very knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to listen to my concerns. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Dr. Generillo to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled doctor. Highly recommended!

Verified insurance with insurance company and provider, I am being billed 250 for a physical that was covered by insurance. There is no way to reach anybody at any phone number and no return calls. I am very frustrated. I have been trying to fix this for 1 month now and still no luck
