I love NP P. Mensah! She is so funny and sweet. She is respectful and tells you what you need to hear. She does a thorough exam and refers you as needed. So happy to have her as a medical professional.
Sent proof of payment MULTIPLE times. Doesn't matter to them, they still threaten to send me to collections. Apparently very common here too unfortunately. Do NOT double pay to this scam facility. Incompetent office staff. Read the other low reviews, they are spot on. Hey Memorial Herman Cypress, how about actually respond to my messages on your archaic portal? Instead of saying you'll get back to me in 2-3 weeks which you never do! What a joke. Open my messages, see my evidence of payment and move on with you lives.
Dr. Phan is phenomenal ! She’s always there to answer any and all questions I have. She’s extremely caring and respectful. Best doctor i’ve had! Such an amazing provider!
Dr. Santpurkar was absolutely awesome. It feels amazing to finally get my wife medical care from somebody who genuinely cares about their patients and helps you understand the treatment plan given. Would highly recommend.
