So far my experience here has been so good - i have Dr. Jasmine Mitchell, and she and her team are always available to message any time I have any kind of concern. Dr. Mitchell really seems to care about what I have to say, and so far has helped me more than any doctor I’ve ever tried. The staff is also very sweet and welcoming. I would recommend this place!
I must say, Dr. James Truong has kept me healthy for several years, He has actually saved my life a few times, By admitting me when things weren’t going so well, And now I’m no longer taking metformin for my diabetes because my A1c is excellent ! He is a very intelligent doctor, but most of all he has compassion for his patients first, And if you are ill, I strongly suggest you go see Dr. James Truong he can make you well if you are ill, Nothing but thanks and love for Dr. troung and his staff. Karen is a Karen alright.....She canceled my first appointment without even waiting 15 minutes because I said I'd be a few minutes late and lied about sending a link to answer an assement patient intake. Very rude and unprofessional.
Unfortunately this doctor reaffirmed my distaste for doctors. Maybe it’s inexperience-she seems very young… but she has horrible bedside manner and either doesn’t know or doesn’t care what to do. She basically told me I’m just old and should try to exercise …(“these things happen with age”) and that there’s “nothing else she can do” outside of a basic blood panel that had no abnormalities. After insisting that something is wrong… she then said “maybe we could do an ultra sound”. Definitely would not recommend.
scheduled my appointment at this location two days in advance came in for appointments and front desk told me i am so sorry but this provider is not accredited with your insurance. go next door to urgent care. rude and disrespectful wasted my time my insurance has been on file for 6 months why was this not verified in advance.
