Make sure to get an estimate before getting anything done. This is really annoying because you have to call a hotline and wait on hold for an hour+. Otherwise, you will probably get a massive bill you did not expect. They will not make any attempt whatsoever to inform you of any potential charges or whether your insurance will cover anything or not. This was my first time at this facility. Upon arrival, I was told that one technician had an emergency and the wait would be 2 hours. Mary was kind and understanding and worked to reschedule my appointment for the afternoon so I wouldn't miss too much work. But when I came for the appointment, the technician Loren was horrible. She was uncompassionate, didn't care if I was in pain, and when my implant was flipped and hurting me, she said " I can't do anything about that". The staff is great and the techs are top notch. I have been here a few times and was always handled timely, professionally and pleasantly.
Went from being a poor experience to a much better one.. know that they are not the easiest to get on the line in regards to scheduling. However the actual mri experience was good.
