This was my first time at this facility. Upon arrival, I was told that one technician had an emergency and the wait would be 2 hours. Mary was kind and understanding and worked to reschedule my appointment for the afternoon so I wouldn't miss too much work. But when I came for the appointment, the technician Loren was horrible. She was uncompassionate, didn't care if I was in pain, and when my implant was flipped and hurting me, she said " I can't do anything about that". She couldn't even be patient while I tried to flip it... read more
The staff is great and the techs are top notch. I have been here a few times and was always handled timely, professionally and pleasantly.
Went from being a poor experience to a much better one.. know that they are not the easiest to get on the line in regards to scheduling. However the actual mri experience was good.
From the front desk, to the people who escort you to your test, and the person who did my DEXA scan, the staff at the Memorial Hermann Imaging Center in League City are exceptional in every way. They are not only efficient, but also very helpful and personable. I highly recommend this location.
