Came here for an MRI today and everyone was amazing! The facility was clean and organized. I was given ear plugs and headphones to help with the noise, I was so relaxed that I fell asleep, oops! The entire process was surprisingly fast, highly recommend.
Haven't been to enough imaging centers to really have an idea of the norm, but I had a good time. Front desk happily greeted me and helped me through the patient intake with no issues. The person doing my ultrasound, Kristen, laughed at my lame jokes to keep the mood light. Got in at 4:30 for a 5:00 appointment, but left before 5:30. Amazing efficiency.
Husband went in for a MRI and the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. No one told him that he needed to be there early so the lady at the front desk told him he should have known. She told him that he needed to pay a co-pay he tried to let them know that he has met his max out of pocket. Instead of checking the insurance which should have been done a month prior she stated that for him the scan was down and rescheduled his appointment. Ridiculous facility. Came in for extreme back pain. Whatever the PA suggested didn't work, but she didn't have the decency to stay back and answer all questions. The PA, Megan Whitney Johnson, tried to take care of my husband, and we kept telling her that the pain was still there. She said it is not life and death situation, so basically, we should just go to hell. Looked like a racist and talked to us like we are illiterate. Construction 🚧 is a mess. Parking is out of control, but this place have some of the friendliest employees, from the guys that does valets . Super cool & nice to most of the staff. Everyone is really nice and they takes their time to make you feel so comfortable.
