I have been hung up on 3 times waiting to schedule. This is absolutely insane. They don't even bother to talk to me I can hear people in the background and they hang up.

I’m not one to complain to much. I’m a pretty patient person, but I have been here twice and still not got my CT scan done. First time I came, they billed my insurance for the wrong procedure so I had to reschedule and the 2nd time I came (the reschedule) the insurance was corrected but the machine kept going out, I am having to reschedule, this time to different facility. It’s really unfortunate because everyone I have dealt with have been nice but the process has been awful.

A Total waste of time, very unprofessional. Always making appointments without checking if everything in order, then send you back to reset schedule 3x , I went through this. WAS TOLD EVERYTHING IN ORDER. WASTES TIME. MONEY, GAS.OUT PATIENT IMAGING IN SOUTHWEST MEMORIAL A BIG JOKE

I was in the hospital and I had an MRI a CT and x-rays and I was giving you a star five if the contrast radiologist table would have had a place to put your face instead of directly on the table which is possible because there's no opening. Anybody who tells you that having a contrast is not painful there's a liar or I got a very bad problem with the radiologist I was in excruciating pain.
