Horrible experience! I had a Transvaginal ultrasound scheduled to look at my ovaries. I received a call asking if I could come in early ( several hours before my appointment time) I left work immediately and arrived at the office, I explained to the lady at the front desk that I was asked to arrive early. I waited about 45 in the front waiting room, I asked the lady at the front ( different lady) why was i asked to come in early?? My wife had an xray of her ankle after she missed a step on the stairs. The staff and the operation was very nice and smooth. The wait time was short. However, because this facility is on a "hospital" campus, we were charged the "hospital" xray rate. The building is separate from the hospital, and there was a clear front entrance that we came through that would tell you that this is a standalone facility. With BCBS, copay for xray at standalone imaging center is about $20 or no copay. Here, we had to pay $158 after the insur... read more

They are quuck to call to get your business but then they fail to give you the damned CD before you leave. Then there's " no direct number to call" you HAVE to go in person to request it and WAIT AGAIN because the 45 minutes sitting around waiting for them in the first place were just not enough. Done with you! It was written on the order! You read it to my 81 year old mother when you checked her in. Then you send her home empty handed! Inept! You know the elderly rely on transportation!
