If I could rate zero stars I would. My husband made an appointment a month ago for an MRI to be performed tomorrow Dec 30th at 10:30 am. Today Dec 29th with less than 24 hours notice they called and said their machine would be "down three days this week for maintenance and they would need to reschedule him after the first of the year because they had zero availability at any other MH facility for the rest of this calendar year". The front desk person Thelma made an error in my billing and memorial hermann is not fixing this issue for me more than a month. Very disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience my wife and I had at this imaging center. We arrived 10 minutes late to an ultrasound appointment for our 4-month-old baby. While we fully understand the importance of punctuality, what we encountered was a complete lack of empathy and professionalism from the front desk staff. Very disappointed with the lack of empathy and professionalism here. My husband and I arrived 10 minutes late to our ultrasound appointment for our 4-month-old baby. The front desk staff immediately told us to reschedule, saying the next patient (who wasn’t due for another 20 minutes) had already arrived.
