I had an MRI scheduled for my shoulders today. Needless to say I walked out. The tech argued with me about changing into a gown when it was Unnecessary. I was literally wearing a Cotton tube top. with no metal no clips, no plastic no bra. My shoulders would have been bare. My pants were cotton with no zippers, clips or plastic. Had an appointment to arrive and find out I'm supposed to be an hour early. Which was not told to me. Then I was told I should have read the whole email and not relied on the text messages telling me my appointment time amd if I would have read the while email some where in there would have told you to be an hour early .

Had a CT scan there last week. The staff was courteous and proficient. Wait time was negligible. Thank you for making the test as quick and easy as possible.

The front desk service is terrible, not helpful at all, the receptionist doesn’t have a clue of customer service and send the MRIs to the correct medical facility

Simple, accurate, efficient scheduling over phone with courteous personnel and negligible wait time to connect. Accurate, timely e-mailed confirmation and phone call reminders of upcoming appointment. Modern, clean, spacious facility, which was easy to locate and had ample outdoor, free parking.
