You definitely need an appointment here. Their sign in is all electronic now and takes a bit of time to complete. It would have been a lot easier to sign in from my home computer especially when listing any prescriptions and primary care physicians phone numbers. The undressing room has lockers for your clothes and valuables. The staff is friendly and professional.
The staff were incredibly friendly. My appointment went very quickly and smoothly, I was in and out in 30 minutes.
Excellent staff!!! The girls at the front desk were so nice and friendly. I was immediately greeted, and because I did everything on the patient portal, the only thing I had to do was pay. While I was paying, the ultrasound technician came and said she would be right with me. I think I waited maybe a minute before she came back to get me. During the procedure, she explained everything thoroughly. Great experience- would definitely go again if I need anymore imaging.
Clean facility and really nice staff! I did everything through MyChart to save time, and they started to help right away.
Great experience today at Memorial Hermann Imaging Center at Hedwig Village! Check-in was fast and easy, no wait time, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Patricia at the desk was very friendly and courteous and assisted me with a smile, and Jimmy in X-Ray was professional and competent. They both made me feel like they valued my business and I appreciated their kind attention. Thank you both for a job well done!
