I have very bad anxiety and PTSD I had to have some imagining i have gone to other places and never felt comfortable and even had people reschedule me or tell me go somewhere else..and the medicine doesn't work for me....But I came to this place for the first time and From tge front Desk Javier was so polite and insured me they would do what they could to keep me at ease ..For once it was nice to have someone make you comfortable from the start!! Save yourself the frustration — I would not recommend this facility. I had an extremely frustrating experience here and, based on what happened, I would strongly discourage others from using this facility. This facility is in-network with my insurance, and before scheduling my MRI, I personally contacted my insurance company to verify my benefits and confirm my expected out-of-pocket cost. You definitely need an appointment here. Their sign in is all electronic now and takes a bit of time to complete. It would have been a lot easier to sign in from my home computer especially when listing any prescriptions and primary care physicians phone numbers. The undressing room has lockers for your clothes and valuables. The staff is friendly and professional.
The staff were incredibly friendly. My appointment went very quickly and smoothly, I was in and out in 30 minutes.
Excellent staff!!! The girls at the front desk were so nice and friendly. I was immediately greeted, and because I did everything on the patient portal, the only thing I had to do was pay. While I was paying, the ultrasound technician came and said she would be right with me. I think I waited maybe a minute before she came back to get me. During the procedure, she explained everything thoroughly. Great experience- would definitely go again if I need anymore imaging.
