Excellent staff!!! The girls at the front desk were so nice and friendly. I was immediately greeted, and because I did everything on the patient portal, the only thing I had to do was pay. While I was paying, the ultrasound technician came and said she would be right with me. I think I waited maybe a minute before she came back to get me. During the procedure, she explained everything thoroughly. Great experience- would definitely go again if I need anymore imaging.
Clean facility and really nice staff! I did everything through MyChart to save time, and they started to help right away.
Great experience today at Memorial Hermann Imaging Center at Hedwig Village! Check-in was fast and easy, no wait time, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Patricia at the desk was very friendly and courteous and assisted me with a smile, and Jimmy in X-Ray was professional and competent. They both made me feel like they valued my business and I appreciated their kind attention. Thank you both for a job well done!
Unprofessional and incompetent and a waste of my precious time had a MRI Appointment for 3 weeks I get there they say they don't have the necessary Paperwork could have called me or doctors office then they called ......a wrong phone number they never called me. All .lies thanks for wasting my time I guess They can.not read orders at this location Hospital did not have issues with the Order so I had to remake appointment Elsewhere thanks for setting me back a month..as I'm really needing this MRI 3 weeks is enough time for y... read more
