I wouldn't waste time here. Been trying to set up MRI for past few months and still nothing. They said, he said, she said, back and forth with primary DR and insurance. Guess they don't need my money. Going to Methodist, all set and cleared for MRI. Bye MH, you won't see me around anymore or get my money.
This place is phenomenal. I was treated with the utmost care as soon as I stepped in there, which was surprising. Everyone who treated me was awesome just from personalities to explaining everything in detail. Marquita AKA Quita especially will make you feel like yall have been best friends forever…she’s amazing.
Greeter/Register and Technologist were friendly and helpful. Exactly the type of treatment a sick person deserves and expects . Keep up the good job.
If you need an appointment I hope you don’t get Pam to help you. She doesn’t know her numbers I told her I didn’t want my appointment on august 2nd because I couldn’t wait that long due to pain, so she canceled it and made me one for august 7th. ?! Isn’t knowing your numbers a basic job requirement??? So sad!! I guess MY PAIN isn’t her PROBLEM.
