We had appointment at 2:00 today, was told to be there at 1:30... we got there on time, field paper work out, and waited!!! They were not to busy when we got there, but soon after, people were pooping in!! My mother needed one X Ray of chest! We waited for 2 hours, and still waited! I ask the girl, are y’all running behind? She said very behind! I ask if, We can come back in the morning, because my 79 year old mother, can’t sit any longer. Yes!! So! Best customer service ever. The receptionist was so kind to everyone. Very professional The tech that did my CT scan was very attentive and very informative on what he was going to do and during the scan Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.
