I had a great experience, start to finish so I'm really surprised at the low overall rating this place has. (Although from a few of the reviews it sounds like it doesn't actually apply to this location... I doubt the Breast Care center treats eczema). Anyways this was my first mammogram and I was pretty stressed. No mention of copay or insurance coverage or anything. Just walk me back to get an xray then sent me a bill months later. Funny thing was they kept sending me emails and texts to write a review. Glad I waited. Everyone in the department was nice. Billing practice and not giving patients billing information before providing a service is predatory behavior.

I have been to the Greater Heights location three times already. the front desk people were friendly and courteous. Heather the Mammogram technician was thorough and gentle—she also had a friendly and cheerful demeanor. And I really appreciate Sarah the ultrasound tech — she wasprofessionalprofessional and thorough and she’s also very genuine and friendly!
