No mention of copay or insurance coverage or anything. Just walk me back to get an xray then sent me a bill months later. Funny thing was they kept sending me emails and texts to write a review. Glad I waited. Everyone in the department was nice. Billing practice and not giving patients billing information before providing a service is predatory behavior.

I have been to the Greater Heights location three times already. the front desk people were friendly and courteous. Heather the Mammogram technician was thorough and gentle—she also had a friendly and cheerful demeanor. And I really appreciate Sarah the ultrasound tech — she wasprofessionalprofessional and thorough and she’s also very genuine and friendly! If you go for a routine mammogram, please be aware the radiologist will bill you separately for $440 if they are not in your network. Facility in my network, but not radiologist. I believe they have to provide a good faith estimate before the procedure or advise you that you will be charged separately. It's called the No Suprises Act. I'll be fighting this and not returning to this center.

No wait time - I was called in 10 minutes early. My experience at the imaging center was professional and I found the technical staff and office staff charming. I was pleased and will certainly use this facility again. Thank you, Judy
