It would be nice to see on the Website, what floor your located, all I see is South Tower? Very Confusing and the Pictures on line do show South Tower , it show North Tower? it should also state its in the Back of the building or in front?
Love Memeorial Greater Heights. I love the service, but can you do better in the scheduling department? I spoke to 4 different people before finally getting Melissa to assist me with scheduling a mammogram. I was forwarded to the merry go round of back and forth with no direction. Please give a DIRECT line with a live person to make the appointment necessary.
Front desk people are terrible, especially Alyssa. Very rude and have the worst attitude and do not help.
