I was here as a patient after a scare. Had an angiogram and everything turned out fine, thank the Lord. But I’m here to tell you that starting with cardiologist Dr. Grounds, the entire team was fantastic. The nurses Lil, Laurel, Denise, Mereena, and in the cath lab Sarah, Bethany, and Jeff were all spectacular. At a time when you are concerned and to be honest scared out of your mind, they put my wife and I at ease, explained everything, were meticulous, and took excellent care of us. Went in for a heart cath but ended up with 6 bypass and a valve replacement. They were exceptionally well prepared and gave me the best care possible.
Robert.RN in pre-op refused to contact my doctor when asked. I was frightened beyond measure. Who gave him the authority to make that decision? Robert has no respect for older people. Raises voice and obviously never taught to respect older people. Robert and another male nurse proceeded to shave my groin area.
