Outstanding Care from Lanikia, RN Lanikia, the RN who cared for my wife in the ER, was absolutely wonderful. Everything about her care was superb. She was extremely informative, had a great attitude, and demonstrated exceptional bedside manners throughout our entire experience. Callender, made approximately $6 million in total compensation last year, yet this hospital cannot afford to have a proper waiting room, and very sick patients are forced to wait for hours in a hallway. I took my 96-year-old mother there today because she was having very severe and painful spasms in her knee. We never actually saw a doctor, just a P.A. THEY REALLY NEED A PROFESSIONAL GROUP OF PHLEBOTOMY PERSONAL. THE NURSES ARE YOUNG & UNSKILLED! THEY NEED A REAL CLASS; NOT JUST A DEMONSTRATION OR USE THAT VIEN MACHINE. I WAS ON 3N WHERE THEY WERE WORKING AS A TEAM; BUT, NO SKILLS WITH LOCATION OF VIENS.
