I normally avoid all Memorial Hermann’s and go to Houston Methodist, but that wasn’t an option as this ER was closer. The staff is rude as hell and acts like helping you is a burden. Especially the security lady in the ER. She has a bad attitude and was on the phone, loud like she’s at home chilling. Even had the people on speaker phone as if others want to hear her conversation. I recently had to visit this emergency room, and I can honestly say it was the best ER experience I’ve ever had. In the past, I’ve felt brushed off or judged when seeking care for pain, especially dental pain. Here, it was completely different. The nurses and doctors were so genuine and compassionate. They checked on me multiple times, made sure I was comfortable, and took my concerns seriously. I never once felt dismissed or like I wasn’t being heard. I got there at 7:10am and left at 10:30 i would say that was a efficient time to be seen treated and discharged, my doctor Gabriella was the sweetest most patient person I ever met, she was very gentle but direct with me and helped me through the pain, definitely would give this hospitality another visit if I ever need emergency attention.
Friendly and professional
I will not return to this hospital, super slow for service, I arrived with abdominal pain and they do not attend to anyone quickly, apart from the fact that the hospital looks dirty, the floor looks like they do not clean, there is no fungus in the bathroom all full of urine on the floor, the nurses come in front of the patients as if they were at home very comfortable, I know that they get hungry but they should go to a designated area to eat and I saw this in the sample collection area in the emergency room and also in the... read more
