A very kind and professional staff. Also very well kept in clean facility. This is the best urgent care place I have ever been to.
I have been here multiple times and have had wonderful experiences. Today however was an awful experience because of the staff, I wish I had names to blast but I don’t. From the minute I walked in I got the impression they didn’t want to see me and I was an annoyance for walking in. I’m not sure what happened to the person in front of me but they left untreated as well for what I can imagine was the same reason I left. Easy and simple check-in. Friendly, curious, and informative reception. Provider bedside manners are impeccable. Provider maintained use of easily to understand terms, allowing me to be comfortable and more relaxed.. Overall very little waiting, more time with provider, and feeling confident about treatment and diagnoses.
