My finger was severely injured from a dog attack, was surprisingly directed to manually put in my information through the online portal on my phone (with my hand's current condition). Front desk woman seem disinterested in helping. Left to go to another location where I was treated quickly and appropriately. Was a disappointing experience as a current memorial Herman health system employee myself.
Clean, well managed, good location, and excellent doctors.
This was my second visit to Memorial Hermann Urgent Care. I brought my 3-year-old daughter, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Our doctor’s approach was excellent and made us feel comfortable. After the exam, they even gave my daughter a little candy, which made her happy. The facility was also clean and well-maintained. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service. Thank you!
