I wouldn't recommend this location 23900 Katy! The worst customer service!! On 10/10/19 my daughter was having complications from a surgery she had on the 7th. We came to this hospital's emergency room. My daughter was asked to do a urine test because of the surgery she had. They had her holding the urine in the waiting roomfor over 30 minutes! Wow! The RN named Adam, came to the waiting area to get us, he did offer a wheel chair my daughter declined. He offered pain meds, which was also declined because we wanted to have so... read more
