I had an awful experience with diagnostic center at Memorial Hermann. Came 15 mins earlier as recommended, filled all the papers and sat there waiting for my name. After 30 mins , no one called my name and I decided to check of wait time. Apparently they forgot about me being in the queue which made me waiting for more than 1 hr, considering that I was fasting for more than 9 hrs. No one cares here. Choose another diagnostic center, there are so many of them with good providers, who do care about their patients.
Lovely phlebotomist..she’s not a receptionist and she does her job absolutely excellent.
Receptinist unabled to follow Dr's orders. Wrong blood test taking by the technitian first time. Second time had two different orders from two different doctors, initially explained to the receptionist do not wish to be pocked twice. Receptinist did not pass the information to the lan tech, did get pocked twice! I do not recommend this place. They are very inefficient!!!
