I have always found everyone courteous and cooperative. And there is a phlebotomist there named Selena who is excellent at drawing my blood. I have always had problems with this since my tiny veins roll and pop and only my hand can be used at this stage. Selena can draw what ever blood is necessary with causing me pain or discomfort. This has made a difficult life process easy for me where I dreaded it previously. Hats off to Selena a caring lovely person.

The person doing my blood work, Vivian, was very fast all the times I've done blood work here, and she's very friendly! The woman at the front desk (Laura or Lauren?) was also very helpful as well! There wasn't a ton of people working there (I went right as it opened) but I got through quickly. I see a lot of the reviews are bitter about the wait, but you should definitely get here as early as you can if you want to get in and out. There is no receptionist at the front desk. Just 2 empty chairs. Extremely long wait. Only 1 person doing blood work. They work very slow. Long intervals between patients. There was 2 but 1 left for lunch. This place is improperly staffed. The people who work here aren't very efficient. It doesn't take that long to draw blood if you are properly trained. There definitely needs to be an overhaul of this lab.
