the WORST!!! my son is 6 and has epilepsy, i took. him here on 10/10 due to him having a fever and throwing up. we sat in the lobby for 2 hours & 3 people came in after us, mind you we are the ONLY black people there. If I could I would leave no stars... we have been here for all our loved ones and every time they treat us as if we are an inconvenience. No compassion, even to our children. They are never busy when we are there. So what is the inconvenience? We won't come back again. No more trying. Would not recommend!
Receptionists are rude and unprofessional. They are the first people patients interact with and they're attitudes are so distasteful. Do yourself a favor and take your money or insurance benefits down the street to the next hospital.
Does the bare minimum and continues to suggest you see your primary Dr when obviously the situation you're in calls for immediate care! The Nurse Cindy also run unnecessary tests that you have told her you don't consent to. This place was God sent years ago for a similar emergency I had but now all the workers are lazy.
Dr. Newhook at Memorial Hermann - Sienna is wonderful. Having experienced issues with other doctors, Dr. Newhook is calm and listens carefully. She understands the context of complex ailments when approaching patient care.
