Had my very first mammogram and breast ultrasound I was very nervous I might add however everyone from the front desk to the mammogram tech’s ultrasound tech Louise were great professional gentle during testing understood the different emotions you experience! SALUTE BREAST CENTER LADIES!
I had a good experience for my mammogram and ultrasound. But when I scheduled for the biopsy, they cancelled and rescheduled twice. I am told that this is a 15 minutes procedure. Who wants to wait week after week while the tumor grows? This is unacceptable.
Kind and caring staff. If you show up to your appointment 30 minutes early like they tell you to do in multiple reminders via text and e-mail there is no issue. If you are late you will have to re-schedule.
I made the appointment for 7:35 am for a Mammogram at 6400 Fannin Suite 1600. They had my insurance, my health information, and my Doctor’s orders. I arrived 10-15 minutes EARLY. They refused to see me. They said the requirement is to arrive 30 minutes early. NO ONE SAID THIS TO ME PRIOR. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and was told I had to reschedule. The sign at the desk says you may have to reschedule if you're more than 15 minutes late. The desk clerk was very nice and professional, but lacked the ability to help me out. I work at the adjacent hospital and offered to come back in an hour (which was how long I was told it would be) but they were unable to accommodate that. I have now scheduled my third appointment.
