The radiologist was very unkind, uncaring, concerned about her work.
Unorganized and completely fall apart when there is any disruption to their daily work. Zero mitigation processes. And the front desk lady was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. She actually rolled her eyes at me when I told her to not interrupt me.
I wish I could give them zero stars, very poor customer service. I arrived at the time of my appointment and they told me that I was late because I had to arrive 30 minutes earlier than my appointment time. I said that I can wait if required but front desk lady didn't cooperate with me and said that you have to take another appointment, you are late.
Great staff, fast service. Everyone was so welcome and make me feel confortable during procedures.
