No one answered the phone. Website is not functional
Terrible place. Called to make an appointment and the call center staff were terrible. They left me on hold for 13 minutes and then sent they were going to transfer me and then left me on hold again for many minutes until I gave up. Called back and asked to speak to supervisor. They left me on hold for many minutes and when they came back they said they would not transfer me to a supervisor. What an awful place!!! Terrible staff!!!
I have to Victory lakes since it opened. Great service
Fantastic experience. Highly Recommend. -Total time, from checking in to completion of 3D Mammogram, was only 1 hour. - Great patient/customer service and communication of imaging and follow up steps - Spa-like in imaging center, complete with warmed robes, dressing rooms, and coded lockers. Note: This is a review for their new locaton - they recently moved to Bay Colony Town Center.
