I had a very disappointing experience at this facility. I spent nearly four hours there and the doctor never once asked about my complete medical history. The nurse only came in twice during my entire stay, even while sitting at the desk on their phones .Communication throughout the visit was minimal. While they cleared me from a cardiac standpoint, no one ever explained why I was experiencing shortness of breath in the first place that was still ongoing at discharge. Excellent care I broke my foot on Christmas Eve and the doctor and nurses was very nice wheel chair care bed side manners were superb thanks memorial Herman for the care
Dr. Morse and the entire team took care of my father with the upmost care last night. The process was very efficient and convenient. The sweet receptionist greeted us with compassion which makes a big difference in the experience while being there. I highly recommend coming to this facility as it conveniently located in the neighborhood.
