Worst ER I've ever been to. I saw Dr Davis Ly. And he was rude. I went in for bleeding kidney infection. I have Lupus, RA, fibromyalgia, kidney disease and crps. I was crying in pain the nurse was so rude. I cried in pain. Dr said the reason my kidney was bleeding was because I need to clear bowels. He didnt want to give me antibiotics I had to argue with him to get medication. Everyone was rude and had zero feelings. Ill never go here again ever.
If you’re visiting an ER, it’s not because you wanted to. Every staff member was pleasant to interact with and the care was top notch. They did a fantastic job of explaining the care they were giving and going over test results. They answered every question. You can tell they truly care about their patients.
Always make sure to get an itemized statement after you receive any bill from these people. If you audit something make sure you’re on top of it like I was with the hospital bill but i got another bill from the provider which the statement was misplaced and forgotten about. Never received any other notification or statement reminder and got that bill sent to collections. I was told by billing so sorry may have been a glitch in our system…! The nurses and doctor are awesome at this location! Super friendly and attentive. Got my daughter in and out with a referral in under half an hour! Highly recommended!
