If you audit something make sure you’re on top of it like I was with the hospital bill but i got another bill from the provider which the statement was misplaced and forgotten about. My father was brought here recently, and I was very disappointed with the care. The nurse (Renee) came across as sarcastic and seemed annoyed by us, and even the doctor seemed impatient. The tech (James) was indifferent at first but eventually showed some kindness. The tech who came to get him for a CT was rough and in a hurry. The only truly compassionate person we met was the X-ray technician — she was very sweet and caring.
