Horrible experience from the check into the doctor I would not recommend this place
I will only go here for Emergency visits, while having a stroke I walked in and told the girl in front within seconds I was on a gurney. I was given the best care, they attended to me and my wife explained everything to my wife as I could not grasp it all at the time. The Dr's and Nurses took extreme amount of care. Since then I have take my children and I have always been give top level care. I read complaints about wait time but each time I've gone we were triaged and in a room within an hour. I am appalled at this people. I had very high standers for Memorial Herman but today I lost all hope on good doctors or nurses. I got there around 5 didn’t get me in until 6 the. They took 5 hours to try to get blood out of me even with an xray machine and was not possible. I went in cause I had chest pain and shortness of breath.. What if I was really having a stroke or heart attack. This doctor is so incompetent and don’t care for the well being of patience the way a doctor should.
