I had such a positive experience at this ER facility and would absolutely recommend them. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist. I had no idea at the time that I was suffering from appendicitis—I just knew I was in pain and couldn’t stop throwing up. They recognized that I needed help and took care of me immediately. If I could give 0 starts I would. I woke up with painful breathing. Literally my very first conscious breathing breath was tight and painful. I was also having shivers, body aches, back pain and feeling hot and cold and feeling very weak. I was previously given medication for a uti a day or two before hand so I thought this was serious so I went into the ER. Do not see Dr. Varun Iyer. I visited this urgent care in November because my throat felt sore, swollen, and as if something was stuck in it throughout the day. After waiting approximately an hour, Dr. Iyer entered the room, briefly asked about my symptoms, and then dismissed my concerns without performing a physical examination.
