For the past year and a half I've been working with Markus Byron the FNP-C. He is very thorough and he listens to everything you have to say and and does patient enough to explain things thoroughly. Staff is very pleasant to work with and they always get back with you in a timely manner.
Whomever is in charge of handling data entry for prescriptions needs to be let go. It's been a month since I've had my prescription because they keep sending it to not only incorrect locations, but completely different companies. This is after I called and visited in person and saw them write down the correct address on 3 different occasions. They ignore calls and voicemails to return calls. There is no excuse for this.
