I was nervous about giving birth at Memorial because it’s a small hospital and I wondered how prepared they were, etc. It wasn’t an easy go of it but I am learning everyone’s birth experience is unique so to think yours will be the same as someone else’s is not recommended. Dr. London delivered my son as he was the on call OB and I’m so glad he did. He explained everying so well, and was very thorough. I quickly felt thankful he was the on call doctor. I felt safe. I love the care I receive here. Dr. Frye is my gynecologist and I had the pleasure of meeting both Dr. London and Gretchen the Nurse Practitioner when I was pregnant. All the doctors are caring, informed, and skilled. The staff of nurses and admin are warm and friendly!
This is truly the best doctors office I’ve ever been to. I always leave in such a great mood because the staff is so friendly! I see doctor London and Gretchen and I am so grateful I found them! They are both so respectful, truly take the time to listen, and make you feel very comfortable. I’m sure everyone at this office is great. So happy I found this place! I wish my other doctors offices were like here.
I love doctor Frye. He’s so empathetic. The receptionist Michelle on the other hand is a total snob with no manners and really needs to be replaced.
I’ve always had wonderful experiences here! Dr Frey and his staff is wonderful. Going through IVF Whitney has been my right hand! She has been more than accommodating, always willing to talk to me or help me with anything I need! I am so thankful to have such a great team to take care of me!
