I said I wanted a patient advocate because of the neglect and abuse that I was receiving. The supervisor for the receptionist line decided to speak with my doctor Robert Pace and made sure that he dropped me when I needed an infusion and treatment. I was diagnosed with MS. Dr Walch is a god send! What a relief. Drs doing what Drs have a heart to do. Don't go anywhere but here. Trust me I've been to 5 other neurologists since 2013. Great job!
My second appointment was with a NP who brushed off my problem, did not send in prescription to pharmacy, argued that they did, still did not get anything, I was prescribed nothing new for my incapacitating new symptom, just adjusted one of the worthless drugs I’m already taking. Waited on hold 10 min for a receptionist to pick up a third time, I was on hold for 12 minutes. I drive 3 hours one way, thinking maybe I finally found someplace that cares. Don’t trust the MS Association recommendations.

I had been seeing Dr. Masih and Kylie since 2020 and had great experiences with both of them. I suffer from fibromyalgia and DAILY chronic migraines and they had been helping me treat them. Because they have been progressing and not a single treatment has worked, I was fired from my job and had to drop out of college (I had previously been fired 2 other times for the same reason).
