My visit to the Rincon office was wonderful. My first appointment was canceled at the last minute, but the staff quickly rescheduled me for the exact same time. Every team member—from the receptionist and phlebotomists to the ultrasound technician—was warm and welcoming. Nurse Practitioner Paula Jones was very thorough, answered all my questions, and addressed every concern. The whole team worked great together, and I am completely satisfied with my care.
Paula and Dr. Robinson are great doctors, they really care about their patients. The office staff are very polite and get you checked in on time.
The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful. Everyone was more than willing to answer any questions I had and were all very polite. Mrs Paula was extremely personable and made it very easy to relax. She was also extremely knowledgeable as well and preemptive when it came to my concerns. Everything was explained very well and all of the procedures were completed with the utmost care and gentleness. What a great team!! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area!
The staff and care team here are always so happy and helpful and knowledgeable. Love them all!
I can’t say enough good things about the staff!! I started my mommy journey here and I ended my journey with getting my tubes removed. Dr Robinson is amazing and so is Paula they’re all amazing but I couldn’t have asked for a better team to have through all of it!!
