I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding a recent experience at Women's Care. I experienced significant emotional distress and anxiety after being denied services due to a late arrival. Despite arriving at 2:50 PM for a 3:00 PM appointment and having completed registration the previous day, I was denied service because of a building location error. This outcome has been emotionally damaging.
Dr Bostwick, Karin Young and their entire team from the front desk staff to the nurses are hands down so sweet and amazing! They all make you feel so welcomed!
Love this place! Everyone is super friendly and they always make sure to answer all my questions. Dr Karin Young is great!
