So far I’ve had a great experience here. The Doctor was professional, funny, kind and put me at ease while explaining what was going on. The office staff was extremely helpful. I called because I was running a little late and found out I was in the wrong place so the lady up front gave me the directions of where I needed to be. My wait time was minimal

I absolutely love Dr. Garber and Dr. McKowen. They are personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable in their field. They are professional and very compatinant to my health issues, they are open and honest requiring my health issues and the best way to correct them. I drive 2 1/2 hours (one way) for each of my appointments but don't mind it a bit because I honestly feel that I am getting the best level of care I can possibly receive from both of them. They were very helpful kind and understanding the doctor was very gentle with her treatment and provided me with answers that were very much needed
From when I was greeted at the front desk, to all of the medical staff, Dr. McKeown, and Nurse May, everyone was so very kind. They treated me with excellence in their knowledge and bedside manner. Explaining everything in a comforting and understanding way. This is why I trust my care in all of the hands at Memorial.
