Everybody is Great
Excellent doctors and staff. I had outstanding results for a very challenging surgical procedure.
The doctors and everyone were very friendly. The doctor was kind and made sure I understood my diagnosis. She made me feel comfortable when I was feeling very embarrassed. My husband was very impressed with her knowledge of my problem, and all that she said to me. There was no long waiting time for them to call me in the back. Everything was boom, boom, boom on the spot. I expected to be in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes to an hour to be called in the back, but that was not the case.
Every one in the office from the front to back is very nice. The medical staff really takes the time to talk to you and try to come up with solutions that does not involve surgery. I would recommend this office to family and friends.
We got the answers we needed for the medical problems my 87 year old mother has. We now have a good plan to follow that is best for my mother who has dementia. She was treated with compassion and the dignity she deserves. Thank you Dr. McKeown and staff.
