My appointment started with a very quick check in and a very short wait time to be seen. Dr McKeown was who my appointment was with and she was thorough, understanding and kind! Out of all of my doctors she is my favorite! All doctors should strive to treat their patients like Dr McKeown does!
Excellent experience, particularly for a large hospital. The staff members were efficient and helpful, and the doctor was polite, professional, knowledgeable and willing to explain the issues. It was a better experience than I’ve had at any hospital.
The staff and their concern for the patient is excellent!!
