The entire experience was exceptional! The staff that greeted me on my first appointment was professional and pleasant. Dr Whipple was compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and comforting. He remembered everything that I was concerned about! He explained in detail what my surgery would entail and made me feel that I could trust his knowledge and skills. He was right! Typical large hospital. Slow to no communication. No parking. One particular doctor unnresponsive to a problem. However I did wind up with a competent caring Dr. Garber who did his job and also did what the previous doctor should have done.
I recently required a parotidectomy to remove a benign tumor on the left side of my face. Dr. Liebman, MD, ENT- Otolaryngologist, fully explained the risks vs. benefits of the surgery and the expectations afterward. He, his Staff, and his Surgical Team exercised the procedure with superlative skill. Post-op, I am pleased with the results. In a word, SuperAwesomeFantasticly- Pleased! If you need genuine, expert care, I highly recommend Dr. Liebman.
