From the receptionist at the front desk to every came into contact with has made my difficult experience more reassuring and easier to deal with . The women on the phone making my OB apt were not very informative. They gave the wrong date for my appointment and had to reschedule. They also did not write down my phone number or my email. I had no clue about mychart because they didn’t talk about it or ask for my email. I was called 3 days after said missed appointment. I was asked why I didn’t check the text alert when they didn’t even have me signed up. The office was quick to reach out and get my insurance verified, and me scheduled. The staff was professional, and very pleasant. The tech doing my ultrasound was well educated and fluent in her job, but also very warm and personable. The doctor was reassuring and very professional.
Experienced staff, clean facility, easy to get to the office, wonderful results from the ultrasound, grateful for the kindness and respect from all staff .
