I have been a patient with 3 pregnancies since 2024. And every time I have seen the same staff. They're kind, and they remember me. The wait time is a little long because babies sometimes take a while to get in the right positions for ultrasounds. But I don't mind. They're always courteous and accommodating. I also don’t mind the wait because it is some ‘me time’ away from kiddos at home. Thanks for all your hard work! I will always love it here.
I had the pleasure today of seeing Lilly my sonographer. She was absolutely amazing . Lilly I can not thank you enough for everything you did for me this morning . You truly are a gift at what you do , I hope I get you for every ultrasound here on out.
Everyone is so nice and sweet. They make sure your questions are answered and that you fully understand.
All the staff is nice there and they do choose their words wisely as to not offend or anything. I am obese, but they don't make me feel self conscious about it. They are informative and answer my questions I ask with no hesitation and to the best of their ability. Especially since I'm still a little too early to talk about when I birth. I understand things change and different circumstances show for different senerios. Overall they are very kind and informative.
My experience for the first time wasn’t bad at all the only thing I was waiting for a while but otherwise it was great.
