Dr. Preuninger, staff’s ability to communicate that the doctor is not available for your 4:00 pm appointment, I’m not aware until I walk out at 4:50, the staff member that put me in the room looking like I’m doing something wrong by leaving. Everyone from Ms Shantelle who was sweet as pie to Dr Crute who made me feel more than like a patient but a person. She answered all of my question no matter how small.
