This pediatrician office or clinic is very complicated. I've only visited one time with one of my children. After making the second appointment 2 children, the appointment was rescheduled by letitia per Dr Alison Niebanck, MD . Stating the doctor will be out this happened twice. My daughter was scheduled for her 2 year checkup for October. Then received a call that the doctor needed to reschedule for December with no sooner dates. Extremely inconvenient and unprofessional, as this is a cancelation on the provider’s end.
The “Doctor” who saw my child today is by far the worst physician I’ve ever met in my life. I can’t seem to find a name anywhere on his paperwork. We saw a resident Dr (who is amazing) first and then the attending came in and I wouldn’t trust her with my dog, much less my child. She was so incredibly rude. I wanted to delay my child’s vaccines. One side(fish tank side) has sick/well waiting areas split. The other side does not. I had a young baby and a 8 year old was next to us vomiting. Unacceptable. Also every time we had gone we were asked if a student doctor could join. Sure 100%. Well then they let in like 4 or 5 students and now we have a 5x10 room full of people with a super young baby. I just don't understand why they can't split up or something. Long story short we chose here because OB was so great at memorial but we are now moving pediatrics, the whole p... read more
