Really bad service, they are *constantly on break*, they take weeks to refill prescriptions, and never follow up when they were supposed to call, or if they do they call right before you leave for the day. When I asked the woman at the front desk if they could fit me in if someone didnt show up for an apt she said no, to which I asked why. She gave me circuitous answers and said “you wouldnt be able to understand even if you wanted to”.

Everyone says the customer service is bad but when I went it was great, everyone was friendly, and they helped me with what I needed.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are nothing but money hungry. The billing department is an absolute joke. I wouldn't go their again even if I was dying.
