The entire experience was exceptional! The staff that greeted me on my first appointment was professional and pleasant. Dr Whipple was compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and comforting. Typical large hospital. Slow to no communication. No parking. One particular doctor unnresponsive to a problem. However I did wind up with a competent caring Dr. Garber who did his job and also did what the previous doctor should have done.
I recently required a parotidectomy to remove a benign tumor on the left side of my face. Dr. Liebman, MD, ENT- Otolaryngologist, fully explained the risks vs. benefits of the surgery and the expectations afterward. He, his Staff, and his Surgical Team exercised the procedure with superlative skill. Post-op, I am pleased with the results. In a word, SuperAwesomeFantasticly- Pleased! If you need genuine, expert care, I highly recommend Dr. Liebman.
