They never answer the phone before lunch so if ur sick and off work for the day ur gonna have to take off another day just to finally be able to go to ur appointment I swear reception is so slow
I am new to the area and was very nervous about having to establish new health care here but from the first phone call to the Receptionist here at Memorial Health St. Charles who got me in so quickly and was so kind and efficient to the Assistant that took me back to my room who was also the same way to seeing Emily Ferguson, FNP-C; I have to say it was great!
