I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my 18 month old son’s recent visit to the hospital involving Dr. Thomas McKee. While my son was in my arms, calm, sick, and resting quietly, Dr. Thomas McKee referred to him by saying, “You have a little monkey on your hands.” At no point was my child behaving in a way that could be interpreted as wild, hyperactive, or disruptive. After filling out the survey sent to my phone I am writing this review as well the survey got all 1's. The staff there should not work with children in peds if they don't have the bedside manner or knowledge of how to treat children differently than a regular ED setting the male nurse thought bullying was the way to get a mother of an infant in pain to do what he wanted her to do the mother of this infant also an RN was told wrong information by him without him knowing she was an RN the only person remotely qualified to be i... read more

We went there last night with my 2 year old at around 1130pm. Staff was great, Dr Wallace was great, we were in and out of there and off to bed at home in no time!

I was blown away at how well my little girl was cared for. Every department that was involved in her diagnosis’s journey was professional, punctual, supportive, patient and overall made her feel like the most important child on the planet. Within moments of being escorted to an exam room, a support team member was in our room with a very nice plush bear. That totally made her day! The time and care they took to ease her fear of the pending lab work was above and beyond. They stayed by her bedside distracting her with gadgets... read more

My son recently received the best care. The nurses, doctors and radiology team are amazing there!! I would not take him anywhere else!!
