I was blown away at how well my little girl was cared for. Every department that was involved in her diagnosis’s journey was professional, punctual, supportive, patient and overall made her feel like the most important child on the planet. Within moments of being escorted to an exam room, a support team member was in our room with a very nice plush bear. That totally made her day! The time and care they took to ease her fear of the pending lab work was above and beyond. They stayed by her bedside distracting her with gadgets... read more

For sixteen years, we were tied to a different hospital due to insurance, and losing that insurance turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We have found the unicorn of children's emergency rooms at Memorial Hospital's Children's ER—and I cannot say enough amazing things about this place!
